Butter Chicken


High protein, low GI/carb butter chicken recipe. 


  • 500g skinless chicken, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic paste or a clove
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp chilli paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 300 mls cream


In a large pan, brown chicken in butter and then set aside

In pan add butter, garlic, ginger, cumin, garam masala, cook for about 1 minute

Add cream, tomato paste and chilli and mix well, simmer for 2 minutes.

Lastly add chicken, cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
