To rename a bluetooth keyboard in Mac OS X Lion (10.7) go to System Preferences

Click the bluetooth icon under ‘Internet & Wireless’

Select the Bluetooth keyboard and click the gear icon near the bottom of the preference pane and select ‘Rename’

Enter a new name and click ‘Rename’
